As International Women’s Day celebrations continue, Naomi was asked to be part of the Cocktails Distilled podcast and the subscription service Whisky Loot.
Naomi talks openly about her journey into distilling. Historically, the spirits’ industry has been dominated by men whose contributions are born out by the bottles that bear their names, but slowly more women are standing next to the still.
Naomi McIntosh is one of these individuals who is a distiller for her family-owned Australian whisky brand, Chief’s Son Distillery. We talked to Naomi about breaking through the glass distilling ceiling and the whisky that she makes.
