Peated whisky has a special place in the heart of whisky drinkers. With its rich texture, smooth composition and distinctively rich smoky tobacco flavours, it creates a timeless drink that transcends time and place.
It’s important to understand that the peat used in this whisky is a floral peat, rather than a coastal peat.
This stunning whisky was matured for 3 years in French Oak Sherry second fill and then one year in American Oak Bourbon first fill.
This bold whisky embodies incredible uniqueness, strength & character and must be enjoyed “slowly” with Friends and Family.

Deep copper, brilliant clarity, 6/10 viscosity.
Nose
Smoke dried oranges, rich tobacco, dark wood shavings, dried apricots, smoked vanilla & old leather.
Taste
Rich, deep tobacco & leather, massive dried fruits, sweet orange marmalade, floral peat & oak.
Finish
Very long & peaty. Creamy finish with rich smoked vanilla & soft floral spices
