REQUIREMENTS
Image Files: Must be high resolution ‘printer quality’ to ensure the final etching clarity and detail are of the highest quality. Only the following file formats can be used – High Resolution AI, BITMAP, SVG, DXF
Image Set Up: A once off set up fee of $200 is required for file formatting, image compliance & laser calibration. This fee will be refunded for all orders over 30 units.
Order Timelines: The timelines below are estimates only and may change based on production, transport & seasonal factors.
- Orders under 30 units – Design & Production minimum 3 weeks.
- Orders 30 to 99 units – Design & Production minimum 6 weeks.
- Orders 100+ units – Design & Production minimum 8 weeks.
